I have been crossposting to mastodon (social) since apparently 2018, with the odd interaction and adding the occasional a.f.p. poster I happened to see.
A.F.P. is also the reason I moved from mastodon.social over to mendeddrum.org
There seems to be a lot more momentum towards Mastodon - possibly a lot of interaction between people will move and Twitter will shrink to news organisation over in one corner and a cesspit for anybody else.
